Determination of the height of the dip tube by an ultrasonic sensor

  • Sonic impulses run through the tube that is filled with the product up to the liquid's surface, are reflected there and return to the sensor within milliseconds. 
  • The duration of the impulse is measured with high accuracy.

Reference measurement by using a reference pipe

  • Patented process, identifying the specific sonic´s speed of the loaded goods and its temperature.

  • Product detectors installed in the delivery line system determine the quantity in the delivery lines and take it into account in the volume balance.
